ALLERGEN & DIETARY INFORMATION
We want every Bluebird Dolce guest to have the information they need when choosing their gelato.
Our gelato is handcrafted by our collaborating production partner in a facility that handles nuts and other allergens. Although they have established protocols and procedures for flavours containing nuts to help prevent cross-contact, the production facility is not certified nut-free. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any flavour is completely free from potential allergen cross-contact.
Nuts
Flavours containing nuts are identified by their flavour name and/or ingredient information. Please note that all gelato is produced in a facility where nuts are present.
Vegan & Sorbet Flavours
Our vegan/sorbet flavours are made without dairy, nut milks or soy milk. However, because they are produced in a facility that handles other allergens, we do not represent them as allergen-free.
Eggs
Most of our gelato flavours are made without eggs. Tiramisu and Maple Butter Tart contain egg.
Gelatin
Our gelato does not contain gelatin.
